王石社交媒体发文疑自证 此前有失联传言流出

　近日，王石在朋友圈和视频主页更新了最新动态，疑似回应失联传言。

　　王石在发布的骑行视频中专门标注了时间为1月30日，当日他在深圳马峦山骑行14.44公里，历时两个小时。

　　他还发布朋友圈：“现实与魔幻（02）01月30日晨，深石集团总办团建——公路/山地自行车20公里⋯⋯手机在自行车赛装的后背袋，行进中，手机像失控的震颤，没有理睬⋯⋯结束行程，一身臭汗，岂一个‘爽’了得！打开手机，喔，这么多哥们儿短信！简单的问询：你在哪？！明白了，被老友记惦记着，谢！”

　　就在王石骑行当天，万科发布2025年度业绩预告，预计2025年净利润亏损约820亿元，上年同期亏损约494.78亿元。

　　从万科退休20天后，郁亮疑似失联（观察者网）

　　有市场消息称，万科前董事会主席、执行总裁郁亮近期疑似失联，时间已有半个月左右。

　　此时距离今年1月8日，郁亮因到年龄退休向万科董事会辞去公司董事、执行副总裁职务，刚刚过去20天。

　　值得注意的是，在郁亮公开宣布辞职的当天，市场面的反应就颇为微妙。就在其传出失联前不久，行业内就有传言称，郁亮的退休安排是为了更好地进行调查。

　　根据1月8日的辞职公告称，在到龄退休之后，郁亮不再在万科企业担任任何职务。

　　观察者网注意到，万科集团官网管理团队的人员中，郁亮的照片已经被撤下。

　　对于郁亮近期动态，万科集团方面表示“并不清楚”，不予置评。

　　郁亮1965年出生，毕业于北京大学，1988年南下深圳，1990年就加入了万科，多年来负责财务方面工作。2001年开始担任公司总经理，之后开始主持万科的工作。2017年在王石卸任之后，郁亮出任万科董事会主席、CEO职务，被视为王石之后的“接班人”。

　　到2018年，郁亮就不再担任万科总裁职务。至2025年1月，万科辞去董事会职务，再到今年初辞去在万科的全部职务。

　　事实上，万科核心管理层人员过去一年的变动颇为剧烈。2025年1月27日，也就是春节前一天，万科宣布当时的董事会主席郁亮、总裁祝九胜、董秘朱旭三人集体辞职，之后深铁董事长辛杰接任董事会主席职务。

祝九胜也是在这一时间段首次传出失联消息，但之后他便通过朋友圈发文的方式进行辟谣。然而9个月之后，祝九胜在去年10月被曝已被采取刑事强制措施。

　　与此同时，从郁亮手中接任万科董事主席职务的辛杰，也在这一期间被传出被带走的消息。

　　可以说，从万科核心管理层去年年初至今，刚好一年的时间里，辛杰、祝九胜、郁亮已经先后“失联”。

　　同时，过去一年也是万科大股东深铁集团给万科提供借款最为频繁的时间，根据万科的公告显示，深铁在2025年至少提供了11笔借款，合计金额接近303亿元。

　　就在1月27日晚间，深铁集团再度向万科提供了23.6亿元的借款，至此合计借款金额已经超过326亿元规模。

　　根据万科公布的2025年第三季度业绩，去年这家地产龙头企业前9个月的营收合计为1613.88亿元，同比下降26.61%；归属上市公司股东净亏损280.16亿元，同比下降56.14%。
